Prayer

The Prayer for Protection
The light of God surrounds me;
The love of God enfolds me;
The power of God protects me;
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am, God is!
The Prayer for Protection was written by the late James Dillet Freeman, poet laureate of the Unity movement and director of Silent Unity, Unity’s worldwide prayer ministry.

“Beloved, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours.” – Mark 11:24

Unity is a ministry founded on the power of prayer. It was through prayer that our co-founders, Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, received significant and seemingly miraculous healings. Prayer always has been central to Unity and to our ministry at Unity in the Gardens.

Whether you are already an important part of our spiritual family or not, we consider it a blessing to pray with you.

If you are experiencing circumstances in your life, or in the life of a loved one, that calls out for prayer, please fill out a prayer request any Sunday during our service, and we will add you to our prayer list. On Sundays, our prayer chaplains are on duty at both the 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. services to pray with you individually.

Should you be in the hospital and want someone to call you and/or pray with you, please call the church at 561-721-1267.

We also invite you to join us for our Wednesday noon prayer service for healing prayer and meditation.

Our Spiritual Leader, Rev. Diane Robinson, is available for spiritual counseling by appointment. To make an appointment, call the church office at 561-721-1267.
