Sahaja Yoga meditation is a simple and effective approach to getting into the state of deep meditation, in which we become silent within, at peace and aware of our Spirit, the essence of our being. As a result, we begin to feel our connection to the natural world and to our fellow human beings in a profound and beautiful way.
