Heart Coherence as a Path To Wholeness

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, happening 5 times

This 5 week workshop presentation and discussion circle will introduce the participants to the power of the heart, and how to create a paradigm shift from living from the confines of the logical conditioning of the mind to the alignment of heart based living through the intuitive guidance of the coherent heart. It is through our connection to our heart that we find our inner balance and wholeness. Each week, we will start our session with a heart coherence guided meditation, then discuss the relationship between coherence and the realms of wholeness (based on the teachings of Psychologist Carl Jung), review methods to achieving coherence, including HeartMath®’s Heart-focused breathing techniques, and will measure the coherence of those participants who want to practice using the Inner Balance Heart Rate Variability (HRV) bio-feedback device. - Week 1 (9/25) ~ Program Introduction ~ Guided Coherence Meditation, History of HeartMath®, The Science of Heart Coherence, our connection to the Earth’s magnetic field, HeartMath coherence breathing techniques, hands on demonstrations of the Inner Balance HRV Bio-feedback device.
- Week 2 (10/2) ~ Body ~ Guided Coherence Meditation; Learn and experience how to manage the chemistry of your body; how to stay balanced during a fight or flight reaction; how to replenish energy drains; hands on demonstrations of the Inner Balance HRV Bio-feedback device
- Week 3 (10/9) ~ Mind ~ Learn and experience how to become aware of the thoughts that create emotional imbalance and how to align your thoughts to your heart’s intelligence; hands on demonstrations of the Inner Balance HRV Bio-feedback devices
- Week 4 (10/16) ~ Emotions ~ Learn and experience how to regulate your emotions; how to prepare for emotional triggers and maintain coherence during challenging interpersonal and life experiences; hands on coherence demonstrations of the Inner Balance HRV Bio-feedback device
- Week 5 (10/23) ~ Spirit ~ Learn the 3 different types of intuition and a coherence technique to gain access to your heart’s inner guidance; discover the connection between coherence, Tao and synchronicity; learn to allow your path to unfold beneath your feet following the your intuition; hands on coherence demonstrations of the Inner Balance HRV Bio-feedback device.
