Conscious Connected Breathwork with Laura Pittman!
Laura has been practicing conscious connected breathwork since 2006 and facilitating others since 2008.
CCB is a simple, yet powerful way to enable your sub-conscious and super-conscious minds to communicate and integrate content. This is important because 85 to 95 % of what you do and the decisions you make are based on your sub-conscious core programming, of which you are unaware and therefore unable to control. This self-healing technique empowers you to allow these core beliefs to be evaluated by your higher mind, bringing them into the proper perspective and allowing for the release of the old beliefs that no longer serve you. As a result, old sabotaging patterns of behavior can simply fall away because of the belief that was driving them no longer exists.
Some benefits of this practice include:
- Turns off the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight), decreasing anxiety, blood pressure, and stress.
- Turns on the parasympathetic nervous system. Less stress means more energy, deeper sleep, and better immune system.

3rd Friday of the month from 6 to 9 pm. Sessions will last about 2.5 hours sometimes longer.
What to bring: You will need loose comfortable clothing, yoga mat or some cushioning, pillow, blanket, hand towel or neck roll, eye cover if desired, a bottle of water, snack for yourself, if you can’t eat nuts or fruit. Please eat lightly at least an hour prior to breath.
